This information about IR Remote control protocols that came from "SB Projects". I copied this informaton from their web site in December 2002.

This is the modified "About" page from their web site at "http://www.sbprojects.com/". I have included it here because it well written and the data is useful. And I think that they should get full credit for the work that they have done putting this together.

Unfortunately they do not appear to currently (December 2024) have this type of IR Remote data on their current Web site.
